at the Indiana Area Health Education Centers (AHEC) Program 3rd
Annual Meeting on April 13, 2010, at the IUPUI Campus Center, 420
University Boulevard, Indianapolis, Indiana.. Sponsorship rates are
listed below. Organizations also are welcome to provide financial
support toward educational scholarships and/or waive the opportunity
to set up an exhibit.Intended Audience: Indiana AHEC Program
Statewide Staff and Advisory Board Members, Health Professions
Workforce Development Stakeholders including K-12 schools, higher
education, hospitals and community-based healthcare providers,
public health officials, government agencies, minority health
partners and other community partners. Expected Attendance: 175-200

Sponsorship $1,200 ($875 of your sponsorship is
tax-deductable)

Submission Deadline
and Instructions
Please complete
the
Sponsorship Registration form and fax to 317-278-0342 by January
31, 2010. Signed registration and high-resolution logo must be
received no later than January 31, 2010 to be included on
promotional items. Signed registrations and/or high-resolution logos
received on or after February 1, 2010 will not be included on
promotional items. Exhibitors will receive detailed information
regarding payment, location, exhibit setup, and the exhibitor’s
agreement prior to the Annual Meeting. |
