Angela Holloway, M.H.A. 

Angela Holloway is Associate Director of Development for the Indiana Area Health Education Centers Program.  Angela’s role is to support the policy, fiscal and community development needs of the AHEC Program across the state.

Angela received her Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology and her Master of Health Administration from Indiana University Purdue University at Indianapolis. She chose a career in healthcare based on her lifelong desire to pursue work aimed at improving the quality of life of people who are disadvantaged and medically underserved. She has worked clinically in large inner-city hospitals and in small rural hospitals. Since receiving her MHA, she has worked for organizations whose mission is to serve the medically underserved and improve the quality of healthcare provided in Indiana. 

Angela is the Secretary of the Board of Directors for Indiana Health Centers, Inc. and serves on the Board of Directors for Covering Kids and Families of Indiana. Her scholarly interests include understanding how the healthcare workforce in Indiana can be most effectively educated and recruited to serve the needs of Indiana medically underserved communities.  Angela aspires to maintain balance in her life and be a good neighbor.
